I've been having pain in my lower abdomen (kind of a cramp like pain) and my lower back. Could that be an ovarian cyst?

No way to tell what is going on, pain and cramping is normal to some people during their periods. Best to see your Dr for a check up he/she will know more about it than anyone on here. Don't be scared, get a check up every year anyway just in case there is a problem, if there is one the earlier they know about it the easier it is to fix. Good luck!

I was diagnosed with my left ovary having a cyst. My primary doc said it is almost the size of my ovary and to have a ob keep an eye on it incase it gets larger cuz I would have to have it removed if it does. However she didnt give me signs to look for if it does get worse. I dont have any insurance right now or I would go to a ob. I need to know symptoms to look for….anyone have symptoms for me?

i have had one before but it brust but you will get real bad cramps and be real tender where your ovary is you can get on birth control to make them smaller i was 14 when i had to get on brith control because of them but im off now and i havent had symtoms of them again my only problem know is try to have a normal period doctors said it will take i while for my body to get normal again but i was on brith control for 5 years but you really should go to an ob because they could get worse
